**Responsibilities**:

- Create an inspiring, holistic product vision and design strategy to build delightful experiences for our consumers.
- Cultivate a design culture of user-centric design thinking across the company and maintaining a collaborative design process.
- Develop and maintain a UX roadmap to guide designers, product management and tech teams in planning for and implementing the vision,
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data and research results into actionable recommendations that inform design and content strategies,
- Work collaboratively with business stake holders, product managers and engineering

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, or higher, in Design or relevant field.
- Proven and successful record of having delivered a product project, from the design stage all the way through to its launch.
- A user
- and conversion-centric mindset and ability to make data-driven design decisions
- Experience setting up user analysis programs and testing methodologies that drive design decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility, thrives in collaborative work.
- Good knowledge of software tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Good knowledge of Agile Methodology and UX Design Framework
