**1. Role Description**

This position reports to Store Manager. Responsible and accountable for the store cleanliness & smooth operations of the daily activities. Manages Company Social Media Marketing & Assist in Baking.

**2. Specific Responsibilities**
- Monitor the cleanliness and the visual appeal and the availability of baked goods on display.
- Must be aware of the temperature danger zone to avoid Cross-contamination.
- Greet customers as they come into the store and offer your assistance with their orders.
- Explain menu items to customers with enthusiasm and descriptive language.
- Serve the customers that come into the shop. Take orders & provide assistance quickly so as to keep queues at a minimum
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues arise to ensure customer’s satisfaction
- Up-sell and promote products.
- Cashiering Duties - Collect payments & changes.
- Perform inventory stock count.
- Manage BakesnBites FB Page, IG, Qoo10 shopping websites.
- Reply to queries in FB & IG.
- Check for order from Qoo10 do fulfillment.

**3. Education Qualifications**
- Minimum Primary Education
- Possess Food Hygiene Certificate
- Attended Halal certification Basic course
