The Business Development / Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the programme office's partnerships with local and global entities. You will contribute to the development of novel initiatives to deliver high quality talent development for the local ecosystem. You will also have the opportunity to build direct relationships with the local health and MedTech ecosystem and the global Biodesign community in the USA, Asia and Europe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage local and global accounts of SB.
- Work with SB leadership to review, identify and develop strategic partnerships with local and international clinical, educational and government institutions based on the vision and mission of SB.
- Develop and execute innovative approaches to establishing and sustaining new relationships with prospects to enable active registrations for SB's training initiatives and to secure business growth.
- Keep up with evolving Healthtech industry trends and assist the curriculum leads in developing appropriate training progammes e.g. seminars, workshops, bootcamps and to ensure maximum impact to stakeholders.
- Improve the quality and reputation of SB's training initiatives through innovative ways e.g. accreditation, co-funding, sponsorship.
- Lead SB's Open Access Lectures and craft impactful seminars for the health and MedTech ecosystem.
- Support SB's training initiatives (e.g. as Training Assistant) and special projects.
- Work with the SB Marketing unit to promote workshops and customized engagements, and to fine tune the positioning of SB's value propositions.

**Qualifications**:

- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or in a related area.
- More than 3 years of experience in business development.
- Experience in MedTech/healthcare industry preferred.
- Experience with MS office (Microsoft Project, Word, Powerpoint and Excel) required.
- Experience in MedTech innovation processes. Experience in Biodesign preferred.
- Experience in handling legal agreements, stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication and excellent writing skills
- Excellent listening, presentation, organizational and relationship building skills required.
- Enjoy working in a small team, start-up talent development environment.
