**About the Team**:
The People & Operations Board area's mission is to empower people to thrive in the future of work, accelerate SAP's cloud transformation, and innovate the business through technology.

**Purpose & Objective of Position**:
As a member of the Customer Success People Enablement team, the HRBP Intern will support the Customer Successs HR Business Partners in the APJ & GC regions, to drive strategic and operational projects and programs.

The HRBP Intern will provide strategic HR support and services to the APJ & GC Customer Success business unit and People & Organizational strategy.

**About the Role**:

- Title: SAP Intern - HR Business Partner (Customer Success APJ & GC)
- Location: Singapore
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Duration: 6 months
- Working Days and set up: Full time (5 days/week) preferred and flexibility on working hours to cater to a global team set up

**Expectations & Tasks**:

- Support and drive strategic initatives, focus topics and manage ad-hoc requests for the CS APJ/GC L1 HRBP Leads and CS APJ/GC HRBPs.
- Support the CS People Strategy and the transformation of Global People Success Services through strategic projects and initatives.
- Support the CS People HRBP Enablement team by co-leading team meetings, global projects, and bringing awarness of our services to those who we support.
- Ensure high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for HR, SAP Executive Board, APJ & GC Customer Success Presidents, executive CS leadership, and our CS employees.
- Deliver high impact data analysis to provide people and orgainzational business insights (D&I, Hiring, Attrition) that enables the HRBP team to drive measurable outcomes.

- Ability to lead global or platform programs/initiatives as required
