We invest in areas where science based solutions, including biotechnology can deliver returns while tackling global challenges, including feeding a growing world population, fighting climate change and drought, or creating sustainable cities and urbanisation.

Planetary Health Investments team is also committed to investing in Green Tech scaling - tested solutions that can be scaled up relatively quickly - to amplify the meaningful impact of innovative and sustainable technological solutions for the benefit of people and the planet.

**The Internship**
As an Intern in the Planetary Health Investment team, you will undertake challenging and varying tasks that offer participation in both investment processes and the active ownership of companies that actively contribute to the health of the planet. The role will equip you with a comprehensive skillset and exposure to the full investment lifecycle.

You will be immersed in the investment process, and your core tasks will include:

- Contributing to financial analyses of potential investment cases through valuation models
- Helping to shape investment themes through primary and secondary industry research
- Conducting industry research on potential and existing investments and the markets they operate in
- Collecting, structuring, and efficiently analysing information on potential or existing investments

You will be part of a dynamic and growing team of ~20 investment professionals based across Europe, North America, and Asia, with experience spanning scientific backgrounds, management consulting, private equity and investment banking.

Furthermore, you will learn how to perform valuation analyses and financial modelling in different industries to vet opportunities. Depending on your capabilities and interests, you will have ample opportunities to take on more tasks and responsibilities.

**Professional & Personal Qualifications**

You enjoy working in a challenging entrepreneurial environment and have an interest in the sustainable development ecosystem, as well as technology. You are passionate and highly motivated to learn about investments and portfolio management and can grasp new ideas and concepts quickly.

Furthermore, you have:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and within a team context
- Strong analytical, financial analysis, writing, and presentation skills
- An eye for detail, and you are thorough and organised
