**Job Summary**

As a Service Leader, you will need to support the overall operations such as managing various stations and your team members to ensure smooth and efficient work flow are within the company guidelines.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Staff Management**
- Instilling positive staff motivation and discipline
- Supervise the activities of Café Associates, Café Baristas and other team members and ensures they are carried out effectively
- Periodically train new team members
- Good leadership skills, guiding and coaching team members

**Operations Management**
- Ensure food and beverages are prepared according to our Standard Operating Procedures and Recipes
- Compliance with food safety regulations and quality controls
- Solicit feedback from customers, resolve customer issues and/or enquiries
- Ensure hygiene regulations and upkeep of store cleanliness

**Café Ambience**
- Upkeep and maintain station and store cleanliness
- Ensure lightings, music, signages are in good working condition
- Ensure digital menus, marketing collaterals are up-to-date

**Financial Management**
- Cash handling according to Company procedures
- Maintain stock levels and products are sufficiently stocked
- Handling opening set-up and closing reports
- Minimise wastages and ensure cost control

**Personality and Competencies/Skills**
- Enjoys interacting with people and serving customers
- Friendly, Outgoing and Confident
- Possess basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Able to manage cost effectively and resources efficiently to achieve productivity
- Serve with pride

**Physical Competencies**

Must be able to stand and walk around for the duration of scheduled work shift. Must have the stamina to work for a minimum of 44 to 60 hours per week.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Basic knowledge in interpreting reports and work scheduling
- Minimum 2-years working experience as a supervisory role

**Salary**: Up to $2,200.00 per month
