**Introduction**:
Last One Standing is an Events Tech Company dedicated to delivering meaningful and memorable events. With over a hundred events under its name, they have built a working portfolio with numerous brands, including but not limited to: NTUC Club, Singapore Sports Hub, BIGO, Zouk, and Redmart. Such events range in nature from small to large, personal to corporate, private to public, and open-for-all to ticketed. Last One Standing has also founded its own line 3 of brands, such as Trance4m, Euphoria, Turn Up, and #Beyond138.

Their newest venture, Deetz, a one stop event planning platform has qualified for and successfully completed the acceleration program by Mbanq LABS, and is set to launch in the coming year.

**DEETZ**:
Being in the industry for more than 7 years as a middleman for events, it has come to our attention the many pain points both event planners and event vendors face. For planners, it is time-consuming and difficult to source for vendors, especially with a lack of readily available reviews and ability to compare between choices.

We summarize them into these factors: lack of **transparency **, lack of **resources **and lack of **convenience **. Mainly, **convenience **, as it addresses all the other factors.

Thus, **Last One Standing **has decided to develop “ **Deetz **”, a one-stop platform with event

planning software features and a marketplace to facilitate the bridging of suitable vendors to wanting consumers.

This app’s purpose is to digitalise event management and the events industry. Our value proposition is to provide **convenience **for the users. Users will be able to plan their events more efficiently, saving them the unnecessary resources to create a successful event, be it from small to large scale events.

On the vendors side, our value proposition is to provide more potential and transparent **businesses **for them. Vendors will be able to experience a more transparent and convenient way to grow their business.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Designer to work with our robust core team. You will be conceptualizing and designing the user experience for our main tech product “Deetz”. You will be cross-collaborating with the different teams in Last One Standing in various stages of our product development cycle. You will also be expected to participate actively in our product discovery to maximise value with our core product and its features.

This internship will help you acquire relevant skills and knowledge in the aspect of User Experience. You will also get a deeper understanding of how to drive business growth and gain skills to equip you in excelling in the events & technology industry.

The following are more in-depth industry-focused responsibilities during your stint here:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the product owner and development team.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
- Design language system and pattern library management.
- Conduct user interviews to constantly explore possible solutions to improve the overall user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Team player and positive working attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong copywriting skills.
- Outstanding analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in digital design with experience in ADOBE photoshop and/or other digital design & marketing platforms is an advantage.
