Clinic Executive

We are looking for a motivated, organised and responsible clinic executive to join us in Parkway East and Mount Elizabeth Novena. If you are passionate about working with patients and thrive in a team, we would love to speak with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attends to patients in clinic and answers phone calls.
- Communicate politely and effectively to patients, doctors, other clinics and hospital staff, in person, over the phone and via WhatsApp (clinic handphone will be provided).
- Schedule and manage patient appointments in a timely manner.
- Assist the doctor in clinic consultations.
- Explain clinic bills to patients and collect payments.
- Dispense medications to patients.
- Manage medication inventory and orders of supplies.
- Keep clinic clean and tidy every day.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Clerical/Administrative Support, Healthcare work or equivalent is a bonus. Training will be provided.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly personality.
- Able to work in a close-knit team.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise work assignments effectively.
- Commit to a five and a ½ day work week.
- Willingness to learn new skills, have good work ethics and accountability.
