Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinates the efforts of various consultants and workers in order to ensure that required tasks can be accomplished in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the lead project manager to write construction proposals and quotations
- Develops a comprehensive timeline for the completion of critical milestones for a given project
- Creates a budget for the completion of a particular job, and monitors the amount of money spent in order to ensure the project does not exceed this amount
- Recommends appropriate solutions to a project that is ongoing if it appears it is not proceeding on schedule or is producing unsatisfactory results
- Develops an alternate course of action for completing a job should the initial plan fail
- Makes presentations to investors, business partners and company executives concerning different phases of a project
- Reviews proposals and approves or denies them
- Contracts with outside agencies for support on an as-needed basis
- Maintain and update the sustainable design materials library on-site.
- Demonstrate fluency with basic residential and small-scale commercial building materials, details and construction techniques.
- Competent knowledge in drafting and 3D modeling (Sketch-up, Autocad, etc.)
- Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Capable of managing construction activities independently and ensure quality of construction execution
- High level of organization and familiarity with typical office communication tools.
- Easily able to cultivate, build and nurture lasting client relationships.
- Works flexibly and collaboratively with consultants and partner-contractors to achieve positive delivery of projects.
- Experience in researching, selecting and specifying materials and finishes.
- Strong understanding of construction pricing, market rates and effective cost estimation
- Able to create presentation books and other sales materials.
- Review & analyze company’s key performance indicators and mapping out actions for improvement
**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree preferably in interior design, architecture or any related corporate real estate discipline.
- At least 8 years working experience, including renovations, planning, project management, and facilities management.
- 5 years experience in residential interior projects.
- Proficient in residential interior and renovation.
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure, independent and to meet tight deadlines
- Possess good leadership skills and handles the team in an organized and efficient manner
- Good team player with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to take on work on weekends during projects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with various customers.

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
