**Role overview**:
Job Title : Sales Support Engineer
Reports To : Sales and Operation Manager
Team : Sales
Location : Singapore Office
**Role purpose**:
- Assist the Sales and Operation Manager.
- Review contract specifications to ensure technical compliances, and prepare competitive sales quotations or proposals along with technical documents to meet customers' deadlines.
- Manage project documentation that includes filling up tender documents and monitoring progress of documentation, including Technical Schedules, Procedures, Drawings, Certificates, etc.) for submission to client.
- Check and acknowledge purchase orders received and forwarding it to order entry department for processing.
- Work closely with warehouse, providing coordination with customers on sales orders and technical issues. Monitor and liaise with all departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and documentation.
- Provide assistance and coordinate with factories, freight forwarders to ensure orders/projects on time delivery from sources worldwide, analyse and optimise flow of goods to save costs.
**Other responsibilities**:
- Work with the Management team to contribute to the fulfilment of sales goals, profit growth, customer satisfaction and retention.
- Contribute and participate in the Product & Services Strategic Events.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly activity reports.
- Review sales performance with the sales team on a monthly basis.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.

**Qualifications**:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience
- Good working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD
