Associate, Investor Operations

Maintain investor details database including creation of statements and confirmations for fund activity
- Process trades (subscriptions, redemption, transfer, switch) including the completion of checklists, in accordance to fund offering documents.
- Preparing wire transfers and other cash instructions via multiple banking platforms
- Preparation of contract notes, shareholder statements and Investment Manager Reports
- Regular reconciliation of Bank Cash Accounts
- Assist with audit requests and reports generation
- Ability to escalate or solve problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, both internally on the team and externally to our clients and investors

- Possess knowledge in operations management with strong understanding on the operational workflows and processes.
- Proactive, can-do approach and attitude. Thorough attention to detail and accuracy of delivery.
- Strong organisational skills, able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
