Ensure the company’s e-commerce ecosystem (i.e. Akeneo-PIM, Comestri-OMS, SFCC-corporate website (plus other systems such as catalog reviewer, payment gateway that are integrated into SFCC) & marketplaces are in order with correct product standard, information, and image by following best practices, training, manual guides, mockups, and templates provided by the regional team.
- Promotion planning and setup to drive and grow conversion of ecommerce sales.
- Work with merchandising, operations, marketing, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across eCommerce platforms.
- Work with internal and external parties on building brand awareness in the e-commerce platform.
- Conduct UATs and communicate with the regional team on the launch of new e-commerce platforms or system enhancements.
- Monitor the inventory & logistics process to ensure the fulfillment of customer’s orders including refund, return and cancellation.
- To support in achieving sales and business objectives.
- Provide training to stores on eCommerce operations procedure when required.
- Update daily transaction information and generate sales report for management review.
- Consolidate and present e-commerce weekly reports as required.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
