Senior Program

The Red Hat APAC Marketing team is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the field marketing capability and strategy across Singapore working along with Sales, Services and Ecosystem teams.
You will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing plans and programs that increase awareness, generate demand, build strong pipelines, and drive the conversion of Red Hat solutions. Success will be measured and reported using clearly defined KPIs to optimize performance and demonstrate value.
This individual contributor role, within the ASEAN marketing team, collaborates closely with leadership and sales management within a regional, field, and APAC matrix structure to align marketing efforts with business objectives and maximize customer success.

What you will do:
- You will engage with senior sales, services and channel sales leadership in Red Hat to define, prioritize, and implement marketing plans for Singapore.- You will develop field marketing campaigns and programs while collaborating with partner, vertical, and CxO marketing teams across ASEAN and APAC to achieve business goals in Singapore.- You will develop and implement a comprehensive range of regional field marketing tactics, including flagship events, virtual conferences, targeted nurturing by industries, persona and demand generation campaigns. The primary focus will be creating awareness, demand and conversion for Red Hat solutions.- You will manage the field marketing budget with a focus on efficient planning and responsible spending. Overseeing agency support for events. Collaborating with the performance analytics team to track program and investment ROI, using insights to optimize future performance.

What you will bring:
- 8+ years field marketing experience designing, creating, and delivering strategic marketing initiatives in the technology space.- Matrix organization working experience across multiple countries and cultures.- Experience working in a fast-paced environment- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and deliver results- Creative problem solver and resourceful in meeting marketing program goals to grow market share across all product segments.- Excellent communication and presentation skills required
