**Responsibilities**:

- Act as primary contact with Retail Solutions clients in Asia
- Acquire new clients through existing relationships and networks
- Collaborate with all clients on problem solving initiatives, creating end to end solution strategies which address specific client needs using our portfolio of digital retail solutions
- Provide insights updates to clients, helping clients interpret and understand how to read the collected insights and highlighting opportunities for key metric improvement
- Proactively reach out to clients to share new solution updates
- Ensure new project requirements and scopes are clearly articulated for handover to project managers
- Have peripheral knowledge of our digital Retail Solutions portfolio, partners, capabilities, and limitations
- Keep current with trends and opportunities in new consumer experience, omni-channel solutions, customer case studies, etc. to provide maximum value during client meetings
- Help communicate solution opportunities to technical sales support team so that Meiyume is creating solution offerings that address our clients’ needs
- Forecast and track key account metrics

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail/B2B solutions account management
- Prospecting and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with fluency in written and spoken English
