**Retail Sales Executive
**Responsibilities**
- Serving the walk-in customer and Achieving Sales Target set by manager
- Advocate on Store Promotions to maintain acquisition and retention of customers
- Ensure close coordination with customers to meet customer's requirements
- Provide professional advice to assist customers with their products concern
- Assist to resolve issues when arises, feedbacks of orders, return & exchange etc
- Ensuring each client receives high quality customer service
- Represent company in areas of public relations like trade shows, parades, IT shows, Corporate Event
- Identifying market trends to better serve client
- Acquisition of all the B2B customers in the O2O store.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent customer service, Planning and Good oral and communication skills
- Willing to work in a team environment
- Able to work under fun and pressure environment
- Willing to work in Retail Hours and Environment
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-Motivated with a results-driven approach

Location will be either Funan mall or Bugis Junction
