Here at Hudson RPO we are looking for an experienced TA professional to join our team partnering with a high profile client in the Chemicals industry.

As a Talent Acquisition expert, you bring a proven track record and deep knowledge specific to recruiting sales and commercial leaders. Strategic as well as productive, we are looking for an adaptable and responsive TA professional with strong problem solving skills, a data driven approach to decision making and a natural ability to drive outcomes in a fast paced environment that is constantly changing. Managing effective relationships with business leaders and HRBP’s you will be responsible for delivering a best in class recruitment practice and providing consultation and guidance at a senior stakeholder level that goes beyond operational recruitment.

As an experienced TA professional you have demonstrated capability, exceptional stakeholder management skills and proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders to provide effective strategic solutions and service delivery.
Please note, it will be important to be onsite at the Singapore office 3 days a week.

This is a parental leave cover and therefore is initially a 6 month contract.

**How You Will Shape The Future Of Talent**
- Manage full cycle recruitment with a specific focus on senior sales and general commercial
- Build effective relationships and true partnerships with key stakeholders across the business and within the HR function
- Provide guidance and advice as a trusted expert adding value through market insights and your approach to identifying and engaging and retaining top talent
- Drive and deliver continuous improvement projects

**You Will Be Someone Who Can Bring**
- Strong expertise and credibility as a Senior Talent Acquisition professional
- Strong demonstrated experience working at senior and executive levels
- Experience recruiting in sales environments, and adding value beyond the recruitment process
- A hands on approach with a growth mind set
- Confidence and capability to work with your client groups as a consultative partner
- Previous experience with Workday will be advantageous
