We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled **Senior System Analyst**to join our team. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, design, and implement effective IT solutions. You will play a critical role in gathering requirements, designing systems, managing implementation, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that align with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Requirements Gathering**: Collaborate with business users to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable system requirements.
- **System Design**: Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- **Solution Implementation**: Oversee or coordinate the implementation of system enhancements or new IT systems, working with internal teams or third-party vendors.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and support materials.
- **Testing & QA**: Plan and execute system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet required standards.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Act as a key liaison between IT and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Support & Troubleshooting**: Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes as needed.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and trends to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in **system analysis methodologies**and documentation techniques.
Good understanding of **database technologies**(SQL, NoSQL).
Familiarity with **programming languages**such as Java or Python.
Exposure to **DevOps tools**and environments is a plus.
- **Analytical Abilities**:
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to model and analyze complex business processes and systems.
- **Communication**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Experience**:
At least **5 years**of experience in system analysis, design, and solution implementation.
Experience in **banking or financial services**is a plus.
- **Education**:
Bachelor's degree in **Information Technology**, **Computer Science**, or a related field.
