Our client is a famous Japanese consulting company and due to their growth and expansion, they are looking to hire a Business Consultant or Senior Consultant. The incumbent will focus on designing and delivering leadership solutions to clients and advising them on the best solution. This includes leading and managing complex projects, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of delivered solutions to meet client and business needs.
You will be reporting to the Japanese Manager.
【What will you be working on】
- Responsible for transforming business models/operations by assessing weaknesses and recommending business solutions.
- Propose recommendations to improve business processes and enhance internal controls.
- Accountability for managing client relationships, savvy at navigating through challenging situations, and able to manage project mechanics for assigned projects (e.g. profitability, cost controls).
- Providing high-level and integrated consultations to assist clients in evaluating and implementing solutions.
- Developing long-term business relationships, generate revenue, penetrate and expand businesses.
- Collaborating with other consultants, sales associates, and other internal partners (across the world).
- Participating and actively contributing to conferences and marketing events.
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- At least around 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or Senior Consultant in a Consultancy Firm.
- Experience in consulting clients in regards to leadership development, organizational development, and/or succession planning.
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 17:30
