**Responsibilities**
- Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service etiquette
- Have a great smile and a pleasant personality
- Assist in Guests Check-In/Out process
- Assist Hosting Kids' Parties/Events
- Simple housekeeping duties (cleaning of party rooms and attraction zones)
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
- Assist management on ad-hoc basis in daily ops

**Qualifications**:

- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak in English
- Enjoys interacting with Children
- Must be attentive to customers needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines
- Able to handle basic cashiering duties
- Work well with others and be a team player
- Able to work on weekends; shift work based on events and daily operations

**Job Types**: Part-time, Student job

**Salary**: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
