Sales Manager

Working Location: Ubi (Nearby MRT: Tai Seng / Ubi / Kaki Bukit)
**Salary**: SGD5,000-SGD7,000 + Commission
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM, Rest day falls on weekends
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Drive business growth by identifying and cultivating new client relationships, expanding the agency’s client base, and securing long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet recruitment goals and exceed revenue targets, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance, setting clear targets, monitoring results, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to inform sales strategies and ensure the agency remains competitive and relevant.
- Oversee the negotiation process, ensuring deals are closed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records, providing regular reports to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.Manage the sales budget and meet sales forecasting goals to align with the agency’s financial objectives.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales or business development, preferably in recruitment or related industries.
- Certified CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries)
- Knowledge of labor legislation and relevant compliance regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle complex contracts and pricing models.
- Strong experience leading and managing a team, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
