**Reports To**: Business Development Manager / Director of Sales
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Executive** to join our growing team in a **design & build** firm specializing in commercial interiors, Residential, Hospitality interior as well as architecture, and turnkey fit-out solutions. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our integrated design and build services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, real estate consultants, corporate clients, and other industry stakeholders.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or presentations to showcase the firm’s capabilities and portfolio.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal design and project teams to develop tailored proposals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth handover to project execution teams.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote brand visibility.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and promotional material.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the design & build or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of design and build processes, project cycles, and commercial real estate trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
