**THE ROLE - Office Admin Support (Temp - 6 Months)**:
Hegen offers proactive and people-oriented Office Admin the opportunity to play a meaningful role in providing administrative support to the entire company. With your impeccable attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile, you will play a key role in brightening every employee’s day-to-day experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the entire Back Office functions and provide immediate administrative support to Management and colleagues
- Onboard all future new joiners for tech-related matters (e.g Facial Recognition, Laptop Setup), and to ensure all equipment is returned on exit
- Liaise with external vendor for all IT related matters/issues
- Ensure steady and sufficient supply of office equipment (stationery, essentials)
- Work with Finance in purchase of items for the various departments
- Work closely with external vendors/contractors for office refurbishment or maintenance
- Handling of corporate/management related matters
- Work closely with receptionist to support commercial and external events
- Liaise with Building Management when needed
- Cover receptionist duties (if needed)
- Welcome, attend and engage all guests and customers to ensure comfort and needs are met when requested
- Any other tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience in Office Support, Administrative and Secretarial functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and meticulous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to learn and adapt to IT and technological equipment within the office
- Independent with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
