**Requirements**:
**To be considered for this role and to be set up for long term success you **MUST** have the following experience and be based in or willing to relocate to SINGAPORE......**
- Experience working in a Tier1 Bank, trading firm, or similar with proven product experience, understanding the technical aspects and trade lifecycle of FX, ETDs, Fixed Income AND Crypto.
- Comfortable working with and presenting to APAC regulators. MAS, ASIC, FSA Japan, SEBI et al.
- Experience working with Asia-based exchanges and banks to understand rule book changes or market structure changes.
- Experience in new product approvals and all regulatory requirements linked to a launch of products.
- Presenting, discussing and providing timely solutions for all things compliance to clients, senior leadership and other departments.
- Experience expanding into new markets across APAC, including Australia, Japan, India, Hong Kong etc.
- Must be comfortable being hands on, blue collar, rolling up your sleeves and doing the day-to-day compliance grunt work BUT also be able to switch and be a trusted strategic compliance advisor to senior leadership & clients.
- Be on top of relevant regulatory changes & updates.
- Team management experience is also valued. You will need to be able to share successes and lessons learned when having managed people.
