- Conduct quality checks to verify that M&E works meet design and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and manage the performance of M&E subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Review drawings, plans, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify and address site challenges, providing practical solutions to avoid delays or defects.
- Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all phases of M&E work.
- Provide progress updates to the Project Manager and assist in preparing reports as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, installation processes, and site operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in Singapore construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and technical specifications.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a keen eye for detail.
