**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervision and Coordination
- Oversee and manage M&E installation activities on site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure timely completion of work.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections of M&E works to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Identify and rectify any defects or issues in M&E installations.
- Ensure that all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations.

**Project Management**:

- Assist the M&E Engineer in planning and executing M&E tasks.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to the project manager.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

**Technical Support**:

- Provide technical guidance and support to site workers.
- Resolve any technical problems that arise during the installation process.
- Ensure all M&E equipment and systems are installed correctly and function as intended.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in M&E works within the construction industry.
- Hands-on experience with M&E systems and installations.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of M&E systems and components.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Certifications**:

- Safety Supervisor Certificate or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
