As part of our **Philanthropy Asia Alliance **(PAA) team, you will have a chance to work in a dynamic philanthropic organisation under Temasek Trust. PAA’s mission is to prime Asia as a force for good to aggregate resources and capabilities for the betterment of people and planet.

**Director/Associate Director, Philanthropic Partnerships, Philanthropy Asia Alliance**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify, cultivate and strengthen strategic philanthropic partnerships in the region and globally through networking opportunities and major philanthropic events
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to expand member networks
- Responsible for financial governance and regulatory compliance of philanthropic partnerships

What we are looking for:

- At least a Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 10 years of fundraising related work experience
- Relationship management experience in banking industry would be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel and ability to manage partner relationships for impactful outcomes
- High integrity and commitment to personal and professional excellence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
