**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and identify potential hazards in the workplace to ensure a safe environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Inspect and assess equipment to confirm it is in good working condition and does not pose environmental or health risks to users or the workplace.
- Recommend and implement solutions to address unsafe practices or conditions in the workplace.
- Perform risk assessments on work sites to identify and mitigate potential dangers.
- Prepare detailed reports on workplace safety assessments and findings.
- Manage all environmental health-related matters, including:

- Control and prevention of disease-bearing insects and rodents.
- Proper disposal and management of construction waste.
- Monitoring and mitigation of noise, air, and dust pollution.
- Prevention of earth littering and maintaining site cleanliness.
- Addressing siltation in drainage systems.
- Ensuring food hygiene standards are upheld in workers’ canteens, if applicable.
- Overseeing any other environmental health concerns.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma in any field.
- Registered Environmental Control Officer with NEA.
- At least 3 years of working experience.
- Preferably personnel specialized in Building Construction - Environmental/ Health/ Safety or equivalent.
