**Job Summary**

Events Officer is responsible for monitoring of events and administrative work required for the department.

**Main Duties and Key Responsibilities**
- To perform all event administrative duties such as responding to enquiry, reservation, registration, fees collection, etc.
- Able to brainstorm and develop event proposals.
- Responsible with coordinating with external vendors and several departments to ensure that all programs and events run smoothly
- To create publicity materials such as banners and posters
- To handle events in the absence of the Executive.
- To carry out other major responsibilities when required.
- To perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Executive.

**Job Requirements and Qualifications**
- Minimum O levels and advantage for Diploma in Events Management or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Events Management
- Proficient in MS Office, Desktop Publishing Skills and Canva
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task, results-oriented, independent, creative and resourceful
- Pleasant deposition with positive attitude
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
- Willingness to work as a team
- To possess public speaking skills
