**Position Description**
The APAC Global Markets Technology (GMT) Chief Operating Office (COO) is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Support manager to join the COO team. GMT is responsible for end-to-end implementation and support of technology platforms used across Global Markets Business covering FICC and Equities.
In this role, the Business Support Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations processes including forecasting, financial Management, workforce Management, and executive support for the COO organization. It leverages partnerships with Business, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Global Business Management to effectively run the business of technology within the COO organization.

**Key Requirements**
- 2+ years applicable experience as a technology Business Support Lead or Business Support manager in a Global organization
- Ambitious, independent, confident and hardworking with a combination of business aptitude, quantitative skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, and able to work with high degree of independence
- Strong collaboration / partnering skills; ability to work across functions and drive projects and processes
- Strong financial background with a solid understanding of Technology Finance and strong experience in corporate forecasting
- Analytical, financial management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills
- Well organized/excellent time management skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Experience handling multiple facets of running the business of technology: financial management, workforce management, process improvement, reporting, data analysis, governance, operations and technology management
- Intellectually curious learner
- Understand systems of record for financial management - PCM, PMMT (or comparable systems) is a plus
