With more than 17,500 people worldwide, we operate through a network of over 9,000 points of sale in 26 countries and 5 continents.The Retail Excellence Intern you will be part of the Regional Retail excellence team and their key responsibilities will be to produce reports and design dashboards for the company that will help drive the performances within the markets where Amplifon is currently operating. This role is responsible to provide key insights to the stakeholders for strategic decision making**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Develop and create necessary reports & dashboards using data analysis tools
- Analyse business performance by leveraging data to derive key insights across the business divisions
- Communicate and deliver the key insights and analyses through data visualization and presentations to stakeholders, to support strategic decision making
- Assist the regional team as well as the local teams in the countries in Forecast & Budget processes, preparation of management reports & presentations
- Drive initiatives for productivity improvements across the funnel and business process optimization
- Support region-wide projects as assigned
**Experience and Qualifications**
- Finance, Economics, Business, or its equivalent studies
- Possess the ability to work through data and present results of analysis with the support of your manager
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, VBA, SQL
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to communicate with people across all levels and functions within the organisation
