MAIN JOB PURPOSE

The role requires a highly analytical, agile and driven individual; willing to navigate through challenges of volatile commodity markets and keeping Procurement well prepared to combat inflation and drive Margin performance for BUs. Responsible individual must own the FC process for SEAA and support Packaging from FET, drive NMI Delivery; aligned with Business Units’ ambitions in SEAA.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is part of Procurement Finance Excellence Team and reports into Asia PFET Senior Manager, business partnering SEAA Market Procurement Directors and liaise with FET Supply Chain Finance and BU Finance partnering teams; along with engaging with Global Procurement teams and Procurement Finance network of FET & FBPs to run the Material Forecasting and Cost Reporting stream.

Additionally, the role will be focal point for all CRM related matters within Asia PFET and support on Packaging FET expertise.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Forecasting
- Run Material Price forecast for South East Asia cluster as standard procurement Finance process; handling all the challenges with resilience and high accountability and quality.
- Lead the understanding of Forecasting impacts from Procurement cycles, flowing through to BU Financial FC. Anchoring the Communication of Forecasting impacts (Full & Light) to FET Teams and BUs; ensuring seamless, timely updates, accurate delivery and understanding of monthly financial FC.
- On Packaging, running standard FET process with FBP & CFET; while performing sharp analytics on FC from Market perspective.

Performance Management
- Act as focal point from Proc Fin, interfacing with Performance Management Team in Proc Fin on crafting NMI Targets aligned to BG Ambitions, reporting of results, covering timely updates of Risk and Opportunities from BU and Market Procurement Teams basis latest Cover information.
- Providing visibility and interpreting KPIs (Financial and Non-financial) to full grasp Procurement performance; across Sustainability, Forecast Bias. Savings yield, Cash, Pricing cover and more.
- Beginning from big picture; zooming into specific analytics; provide full support to Market Procurement in identification of initiatives for NMI Delivery initiatives and BU Margin delivery
- Closely track Actual and Forecast Material cost, identify gap vs targets and address.
- Consolidate GMVA NMI Reporting and provide visibility of different levers
- Partner with National FET to gauge CMA Reporting; build transparency and accountability in Supply Chain for mitigating CMAs through ZBB mindset or offset in other avenues of Cost-Service-Cash-Resilience such as Innovations which are GM Accretive; Additional freight for Service etc.

Value Partnering
- Robust management of Forex risk by signalling business on emerging risks; collaborating with Procurement and local FET, Treasury to co-create and enable mitigation solutions. such as Embedded FX hedging.
- Focus on Cash delivery for Creditors by analytics; collaboration with Procurement.
- Enable best practice sharing across Asia and provide benchmarking analysis with other clusters; focusing on leveraging on cross border initiatives i.e., lift and implement/cross pollinate programs between clusters.
- Drive project workstreams identified within Procurement / Procurement Finance and partner on key projects by working on business case, sensitivity etc.
- Develop and nurture working relationships with senior stakeholders and cross functions to drive delivery of NMI Targets for South Asia.

Controllership
- Manage and improve finan
