**Responsibilities**:

- Execute equity trades across A-stock, H-stock, and US stock markets, using a variety of trading tools and

platforms.


- Develop and implement trading strategies that minimize trading costs and market impact, while

maximizing execution quality and performance.


- Monitor market conditions and news events to identify potential trading opportunities and risks.


- Collaborate closely with the investment team to ensure alignment with investment strategies and

objectives.


- Conduct post-trade analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of trading strategies and identify areas for

improvement.


- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and other trading counterparties.


- Ensure compliance with internal trading policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.


- 3-5 years of experience as an equity execution trader, with a focus on A-stock, H-stock, and US stock

markets.

Strong understanding of market dynamics, trading strategies, and risk management.


- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

environment.


- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
