Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated communications plans in line with the PESO model (paid, earned, shared, and owned)
- Drive positive media coverage, seek opportunities to maximise positive exposure for the Group and its leadership
- Work effectively to deliver upon strategic media relations plans including pitching of stories and features to drive earned media coverage.
- Develop PR content and deliverables (key messages, talking points, media pitches, news releases, bios, fact sheets, speeches, presentations, etc.)
- Develop good working relationships with target business and trade journalists, and maintain media lists and contacts
- Proactively source and curate stories for external and internal audiences
- Develop content for digital media including corporate website and the intranet and collaborate with the internal and digital communications teams on execution.
- Support corporate collateral development such as brochures and videos
- Arrange and oversee video and photography shoots to achieve desired outcomes
- Work and support corporate functions and businesses on marketing comms efforts, including collaterals, publicity/booth content at tradeshows and events
- Contribute to project management of exhibitions/trade shows and customer surveys
- Help drive community outreach, engagements, and activities

**Requirements**:
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in a large, global and matrix organisation.
- Experience in a PR agency is an advantage
- Strong project management capabilities
- Strong command of English and excellent writing skill
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Comfortable with managing a variety of projects
- Posses the ability to develop compelling content for various audience and channels
- Experience in supporting issue management.
- Experience in managing customer surveys, tradeshows, and events.
