**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**:
**Organization and Key Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring regional marketing campaigns.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of regional marketing events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
- Influencer Relations: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers or brand ambassadors for collaborations.
- Content Creation: Help create engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Administrative Tasks: Support the team with day-to-day administrative duties, including scheduling and coordination of marketing activities for approval on the systems in Menarini.

**KPI’s of this role will be**:

- Full timelines on track for campaign roll out.
- Successfully implement key event in H1 024.
- Completion of new toolkits for new campaign roll out in the region.

**Skills & Main professional requirement**:

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, creative thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Adobe photoshop) is a plus.
- Attributes: Enthusiastic, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
