Technical Recruiter

We are seeking excellent Tech Recruiter who will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies for various technology-focused roles as part of a **3-month project**. This individual will partner closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to support sourcing, screening, and onboarding across multiple ongoing recruitment projects. The role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of tech hiring needs within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align on hiring priorities.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ensure accurate reporting on hiring progress.
- Contribute to ad-hoc hiring projects as needed, including market mapping and pipeline building.Work collaboratively with internal teams and potentially with external stakeholders (clients or project leads).
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in tech or IT recruitment (in-house, RPO, or agency).
- Strong sourcing capabilities and understanding of the local Singapore tech talent market.
- Able to manage multiple roles and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Prior experience working in a project-based or consulting environment is a plus.
- Immediate or short notice availability preferred
