**Job Details**:
As world-recognised maritime safety and environmental experts, RightShip aspire to be a leading voice in industry. Reporting to the CHRO, the Talent Management & Development Lead will be responsible for executing the agreed end to end priorities and provide expertise on the Talent vertical of the HR function.
**Major Responsibilities**
- Accountable for design and delivery of Talent Management frameworks and processes which encompasses the identification, review, development, and engagement of talent across the organization.
- Coach and support leadership on key aspects of succession planning and talent development
- Partner closely with the business to build, report and provide insights on a strategic workforce plan
- Support learning and development processes, identify learning needs, implement learning roadmaps, strengthening employees’ competencies, leadership programmes and execute learning plans.
- Provide hands-on business partnering to people leaders and employees within your portfolio
- Drive and support implementation of various HR initiatives to drive high performance
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or other relevant discipline
- Previous experience with Talent Management and/or Learning and Development
- Ability to drive projects forward through focus on outcomes and deadlines
- Flexibility required to work effectively globally in a distributed management team
- Role model for RightShip’s organisational values
- Ability to think and act strategically and offer the leadership skills that enable you to influence across the organisation
- High degree of judgement, initiative and confidentiality
