**The Opportunity**

**Service Crew (Full Time)**

Your role in a nutshell:
**As a Service Crew,** you will have a variety of responsibilities to keep our cafe running smoothly.
Here are some of the key tasks you will be responsible for:

- Oversee the operations of outlet and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service during peak hours.
- Planning & arrangement of work schedule for the outlet
- Submit monthly staff’s work roster and daily Sales Report to Management
- Opening and Closing duties

**Front of House**
- Providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages promptly and with a friendly attitude.
- Engaging with customers, answering their questions, and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operating the cash register, handling payments accurately

**Kitchen**
- Preparation of food ingredients and simple frying of donut dough.
- Preparation of donuts including Glaze/Filling/Topping of donuts.
- Preparing a wide range of cold beverages, including milkshakes.
- Monitoring inventory and Stock taking.
- Taking pride in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.
- Always follow safety and hygiene rules.

**The Talent**
- Availability to work on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Monday to Thursday: 9 am to 6:00 pm
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & PH: 12 pm to 9pm
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced cafe or hospitality setting is highly advantageous BUT not required.
- **WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 **certified
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure, even during busy periods.
- Report for duty on time and neatly groomed
- Be a team player.
