KPMG's ESG Banking Centre of Excellence (COE) is the key driver behind KPMG SG in activating market capacity in ESG and unlocking a sense of purpose across the Financial Services community.

The Asset Development (AD) team will be at the forefront of developing reusable digital assets to support transformation for the banking industry. The AD team's focus will be on data platforms, digital products, digital processes and/or APIs that can be deployed on a modular basis.

**Functional & Technical**:
Analyse and deploy various ESG tools on the basis of international sustainability benchmarks, frameworks, and standard, robust science-based methodologies, ESG frameworks and metrics, alongside understanding of the business and stakeholder context
- Possess knowledge of regional and international sustainability benchmarks, frameworks, and standards such as IFC, SASB, GRI, CDP, Taskforce for Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) and Science-based Target Initiative (SBTi).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of various ESG topics such as Net Zero Carbon Industry Transitions, Emissions Management, Product Design & Circular Economy; Sustainable Technologies / Green IT & Cloud, Sustainability Performance Measurement
- Consulting with the client & Internal stakeholders on system requirements
- Development/ Deployment of ESG Tools & Frameworks with Product teams
- Development of innovative solutions across the regulatory, risk, data, and decarbonisation agendas
- Serving as the functional expert for EMIS/ESG systems
- Configuring technical specifications and components within the ESG solution

**Experience**:

- **4+ years of experience working in ESG Consulting and proficiency with various sustainability and ESG frameworks, such as IFC, SDGs, GRI, UN Global Compact, CDP, TCFD, WRI GHG etc.**:

- **Knowledge or experience in system implementation areas such as Enablon, Sphera, or other ESG software preferred**:

- **You have demonstrated experience in advising organisations with their ESG strategy and implementation roadmaps**:

- **You are experienced with developing business/value cases and supporting the development and integration of sustainability models and solutions**:

- **You are agile and collaborative, leveraging expertise from others when needed.**:

- **You are a versatile, quick thinker and show willingness and ability to pick up new concepts quickly**:

- **You are strong in numerical, analytical thinking skills and detailed-oriented**:

- **You possess excellent verbal & written communication skills in English**:

- **You are proficient at making and delivering presentations in a professional setting
