**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high quality, holistic and person-centered clinical care, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide medical oversight and support to the multidisciplinary team, to ensure safety and efficacy of care
- Contribute to the development, design and execution of protocols for health coaching, health screening and chronic disease management programmes, and the training of staff to ensure effective and efficient implementation of these protocols
- Contribute to the development and delivery of educational content to healthcare providers, patients and the general public
- Assist with the tracking and evaluation of patient outcomes and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with the recruitment and training of clinical staff
- Foster long-term trusted relationships with patients and their communities, delivering care in a compassionate, empathetic, and evidence-based manner.
- Utilize NOVI Health’s technology to streamline patient management and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance patient care and clinical operations.
- Engage in continuing medical education and stay up-to-date with medical advancements and best practices, and contribute to research where appropriate
- Any other duties, as assigned

**About You**:

- **Qualifications**:Medical degree with specialist accreditation in Family Medicine, with valid medical license in Singapore
- **Experience**:6+ years of experience in family medicine or relevant specialty is preferred
- **Skills**:Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- **Passion for Care**:A deep commitment to patient care and improving healthcare delivery through innovation and collaboration.
- **Work Ethic**:A strong desire to work in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment and a proactive approach to patient health management.
