- Attend to patients' medical needs with our team culture of professionalism and excellent standards of care
- Always treat the patient with respect and maintain an open and non-judgemental consultation environment
- Keep abreast of medical information and developments
- Keep abreast of the group's medical practice
- Work closely with Operations Team to improve service standards and attending to patient feedback
- Ensure the smooth running of the clinic
- Ensure operational efficiency
- Be responsible for staff oversight and involvement in staff training
- Ensure revenue and profitability
- Be involved in marketing ideas and activities specifically for the clinic and also as part of the group
- Suggest marketing and operational changes based on knowledge of patient population

Working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm (1hr lunch break). The hours can be adjusted

Location: Woodlands

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Full registration with Singapore Medical Council

Family Medicine certification is preferred but not mandatory

Postgraduate Medical Qualifications are an advantage

(GDFM/MRCP/MMed/GDPallM/GDSM/GDMH)

Good Interpersonal skills
