**About the Role**
We are seeking reliable, proactive, and licensed **Security Officers** to join our expanding team. This is a **full-time and permanent position** deployed to sites in the **Town Area**, including commercial, mixed-use, and high-profile buildings.

The salary offered is **guaranteed to be higher than the PWM (Progressive Wage Model) minimum**, and is **based on site intensity and operational demands**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular patrolling, guarding, and static duty
- Perform **access control** for staff, visitors, and vehicles
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity promptly
- Operate security systems (CCTV, alarm panels, intercoms)
- Maintaining clear and accurate **incident reports and daily logs**:

- Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Part of Company Emergency Response Team (CERT)

**Requirements**:

- **PLRD license** _**(THIS IS A MUST)**_
- Minimum Secondary Education
- **No Experience can apply**:

- Able to speak, read, and write in English
- Physically fit, alert, and prepared to work rotating shifts
