**Team Lead [D365 - Techno-Functional/ Functional: SCM ]**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reviewing project outputs [in relation to IT System deliverables (from project development resources or vendor resources)]
- Defining, maintain, and evolving design standards & guidelines (in line with overall standards & guidelines)
- Creating & delivering robust, sustainable, and value-creating solutions in 365
- Leading gap/ fit analyses (during workshops) with business teams (between requirements & existing functionalities)
- Working closely with cross-functional team members (e.g.: developers) to build solutions, fulfilling requirements, and ensure that designs & solutions work together, etc.
- Estimating development works (as defined & outlined)
- Documenting (both functional & non-functional) designs & solution components (i.e.: configurations, code objects, forms, workflows, reports, data migrations/ integrations, etc.)
- Reviewing (existing design patterns), researching/ recommending innovative technologies & solutions (within the field of practice)
- Coaching & providing (training) to users/ team members, as & when necessary to
- Other relevant duties, as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required to have minimum 4 - 5 years of Large-Scale implementation experience with D365 [Finance & Operations (F&O) AND/OR Supply Chain Management (SCM) - with minimum of 2 - 4 full-cycle of implementation experience starting from Gap-FIT/FIT-Gap analysis phase onward]
- ** Main Requirements on Modules for SCM (Supply Chain Management)**
- Order Processing & Fulfilment, Order to Cash, Pricing, Product Configuration, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Costing & Warehouse Management, Product Information & BOM Master Management, Production Control, Master Planning
- Supply Chain Management: Inventory Management, Product Information Management, Production Control, Master Planning, Procurement & Sourcing, Warehouse Management, Vendor Collaboration, Sales, and Marketing
- Common: Approval Workflow, Case Management, Data Management, Attachments, Questionnaires, Human Resource
- ** Advantageous to have experienced/ familiarity with (but not a must have)**:

- Annata's Dynamics 365 Work Order OR Annata's Management Solutions OR Annata's Device Management
- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite (i.e.: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project)
- Experienced dealing with Vendors & Partners (e.g.: Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), etc.)
