To provide technical support and/or policy administration for new business and renewals within the underwriting guidelines, authority levels and service standard according to the Company’s guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Extract Loss Records and check with the Claims Team for any updates.
- Provide Loss Records and any statistical documentation to the Underwriter or assistant underwriter.
- To prepare quotations in line with an authorized underwriter’s instructions.
- To send out renewal quotations and new business quotations prepared and signed in advance by an authorized underwriter on their behalf.
- To pass renewal or new business instructions and details to the processing team in accordance with instructions from an underwriter or assistant underwriter.
- To review processing documentation before passing to an underwriter for approval.
- To provide the claims department with material changes to terms and conditions on renewing business.
- To coordinate survey requests with the Loss Prevention department.
- To update the quotation status and new business lists.
- To assist with issuing policies, blue cards or other documentation as and when required.
- To assist in checking on premium with Finance department
- Requirements:

- Good understanding of process and procedures
- Analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
