We are seeking a talented and experienced DTP Designer / Graphic Designer specializing in Visual Merchandising for Large Format Printing. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and preparing high-quality graphics for a diverse range of in-store displays, promotions, and branding elements that enhance the retail experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop compelling visual merchandising materials, including but not limited to: window graphics, in-store signage, promotional posters, floor graphics, wall murals, lightboxes, fabric displays, and custom display wraps.
- Collaborate closely with visual merchandisers, marketing teams, and project managers to understand campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and design requirements.
- Translate design concepts and briefs into production-ready artwork, ensuring all files are optimized for large format printing.
- Perform design adaptations, resizing, and versioning for various retail store formats and specific display dimensions.
- Prepare, pre-flight, and troubleshoot digital files to ensure accuracy, proper resolution, color modes (CMYK, Pantone), bleeds, and safe zones for print production.
- Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual merchandising collateral.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to final artwork, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and large format printing technologies to continually enhance output quality and efficiency.
- Organize and archive design files and assets efficiently for easy access and future use.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (minimum 3 years preferred) as a DTP Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for retail visual merchandising and large format printing.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and file optimization for various large format printing technologies (e.g., UV, Latex, Dye-Sublimation) and diverse retail substrates (e.g., vinyl, fabric, rigid boards, specialty films).
- Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Experience with 3D rendering software for retail space visualization.
- Knowledge of grand format cutting and finishing techniques.
- Experience working with international brands or diverse retail formats.
