**The Role**:
The Head of Human Resource will be responsible for running the organization Human Resource functions, General Affairs and managing in Technology Development Administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and responsible for the performance of the department
- Oversees the HR and general affair functions of the whole organization
- Review and formulate changes to HR policies to align with Singapore laws
- Develop and manage HR strategies for the company in the following areas; recruitment and retention of employee, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee related matters
- Support the management in fostering a strong company culture in line with the company’s values and objectives.
- Working closely with all departments and headquarter
- Prepare reports for Top Management and headquarter in Taiwan
- Develop strong working relationship; provide advice, guidance, coaching and administrative support to the company’s operations as needed.
- Manage MCST functions and responsibilities of the company’s apartment

**Requirements**:

- Educational Qualification - Minimum Degree holder
- At least 15 years of HR leadership experience in Shipping Industry
- Good knowledge of HR practices and policies (Including labor law, foreign employment, compensation benefits etc.)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential for preparation of reports in Chinese to Headquarters in Taiwan
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and people management capabilities required.
- A target-driven approach to work
- Ability to work independently, team mindset and leadership in managing the HR team
- Ability to work and solve problems under pressure
- Possess class 3 driving license
