- Able to carry out maintenance work for the security and carpark systems.
- Attend to security service and car park management by tracking the feedback from the public.
- Ensure that all requests are followed up and closed properly
- Liaise with Security/Car parking vendor on manpower arrangement for daily operation.
- Good knowledge of security and car park management, especially design and implementation of physical security plans.
- Technical knowledge of security systems/equipment such as IDS, CCTVs, access control systems etc. and their integration.
- To attend and take enforcement actions against illegal parking vehicles within the car park vicinity.
- Maintain cleanliness in the workplace and car park equipment.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in security and carpark management.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office
- Comfortable with technology, and adoption of systems
- Ability to multi-task under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and take stress
