**What the role is**
- You will be part of the Car Parks team that handles URA's outsourced vehicle parks. If you are systematic, resourceful, can think on your feet, and want to work in a dynamic environment, you are the one we are looking for
**What you will be working on**
- Job Description
1. Plan and coordinate with internal and external service partners to outsource vehicle parks
2. Handle procurement related matters such as calling public tenders and evaluating tender proposals
3. Manage outsourced vehicle park contracts to ensure compliance to contractual requirements
4. Formulate compliance standards and conduct audit checks to monitor performance of car park operators
5. Liaise and collaborate with various government agencies and stakeholders on matters relating to the vehicle parks
6. Understand evolving business needs and processes, and propose improvements and solutions
7. Collaborate with service partners on car park projects and related studies
8. Investigate and reply to feedback/queries relating to car parking matters
9. Handle collection and analysis of data to facilitate policies/process reviews
10. Conduct reviews on existing policies and regulations
**What we are looking for**
- Requirements
1. A good degree in any discipline
2. 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in transportation business, managing contracts or facilities management
3. Good project management and digital skills
4. Good writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to think on the feet and be resourceful
7. A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind
