**Job Description**:
The Executive Admin Assistant assists the Marketing Director APAC and her teams in executing their responsibilities.
The Executive Admin Assistant reports into the Marketing Manager Innovation & Excellence APAC and has no direct reports.
The role will have a primary focus on day-to-day Executive Administrative tasks, supporting the APAC Marketing and Innovation Delivery Management teams. No marketing experience required.
This is a 6-month contract role, direct payroll.
**Responsibilities**:
An Executive Administrative role including the following tasks:
- Aid with meeting preparations incl. finding suitable meeting time & dates, sending meeting invites and agenda and note taking
- Organizing team lunches and team events
- Attain signatories on documents / contracts / invoices
- PO administrations incl. issuing Production Requisition and processing Goods Receive Note (in SAP)
- Processing expense claims
- Keeping track of the Marketing Budget spends and forecast
- Managing the online Marketing HUB (knowledge system)
- Managing couriers, purchase and send (competitive) product samples
- Basic data entry
- Ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Ad hoc support to the Regional Sales Team as well as Regional Innovation Delivery Management team (based in MY) including.
**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4-6 years of experience as an Executive Admin Assistant. Ideally, experienced working in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- no Marketing experience required
- Diplomatic attitude
- Attention to detail and accurate
- Must have basic computer knowledge and Microsoft office (MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have experience with SAP program (for financial admin)
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively with other EA’s in the organization
