**Field Technician**:
We are seeking a motivated and capable individual to join our Team as a **Field Technician**, supporting the expansion of our wireless lighting control system integration services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Installation & Programming**
- Install lighting control systems based on design specifications and project needs.
- Set up wiring and connect control panels, dimmers, sensors, and other key system components.
- Program and configure systems for optimal performance, energy efficiency, and user-specific preferences.
- Customize user interfaces (e.g., touch panels, mobile apps, computer software) to ensure intuitive operation.

**Testing & Commissioning**
- Perform thorough system testing to validate full functionality.
- Identify and rectify any issues or discrepancies during the testing phase.
- Commission systems to ensure performance aligns with design intent and client expectations.

**Troubleshooting & Maintenance**
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in lighting control systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance to uphold system reliability and performance.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide effective on-site solutions.

**Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of configurations, programming, and system modifications.
- Provide clear user documentation and conduct basic system training for end users.

**Customer Support**
- Deliver responsive and effective technical support to clients.
- Offer recommendations for system improvements or upgrades aligned with evolving user needs.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in **Electrical Engineering**, **Electronics**, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with **Casambi**lighting control systems is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of lighting control protocols such as **DMX**, **DALI**, or proprietary systems is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with adaptability in dynamic, on-site conditions.
- High attention to detail in installation and programming work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience working with smart lighting systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Understanding of energy efficiency standards and sustainable lighting practices.
