**Role Overview**:
In the role of Marketing Specialist, your main responsibility will involve creating and putting into action marketing strategies to boost our products/services, elevate brand recognition, and encourage customer interaction. Your involvement will include working closely with diverse teams to carry out marketing initiatives, evaluate performance data, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft captivating and interactive content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, ads, and website text.
- Manage social media accounts and communities by planning content, scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and engaging with users.
- Work together with internal stakeholders to collect insights and information for marketing projects.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Keep updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to shape marketing strategies and tactics effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- A solid background in marketing, with expertise in marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the capability to collaborate successfully in a team setting.
- Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and can manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools are required.
- Demonstrating creative thinking and problem-solving abilities by producing inventive ideas and solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,100.00 - $4,975.00 per month
